-Full responsive website containing real time video updates of festival
-Video edits for retail stores
-Continued digital promotional support for the “Never Made” sneaker launched at Hypefest
Responsibilities:
-Lead an on the ground team at the event capturing content and a team at the office editing and uploading content
-Lead creative team in creating a case study video edit
-Created SOW, budget, and timeline for all seven phases of campaign
-Secured and managed resourcing through duration of campaign
-Managed client expectations throughout the design and development process
-Lead creative check-ins to maintain proposed timeline
-Performed regular project health report checks including financial risk assessment and burn reports
